Laura Hairdresser works in Prague on bridal and wedding-guest hair.
The wedding morning is the tightest part of the day, and hair is usually the element that decides whether it runs on time. A bridal style typically takes 60 to 90 minutes; each additional person in the bridal party adds 30 to 45. Build the timeline backwards from when you need to leave, then add half an hour of buffer — the morning always runs longer than planned.
Book one if you can, and go with clean, dry hair and a photograph of your dress neckline. If you are travelling in from abroad and cannot attend a trial, send photographs of your hair in its natural state, your dress and two or three reference styles, and be realistic: a style built for thick hair will not hold on fine hair.
Summer humidity and riverside wind are the two things that undo Prague wedding hair. If your ceremony is outdoors — a garden, a terrace, or anywhere along the Vltava — say so at the booking stage, because it changes what will still be standing at the reception.
