Vyšehrad 2000 a.s. provides catering in Prague for events and weddings.
Catering is usually the largest single line in a Prague wedding budget, and it is the element guests remember most clearly. The structure of the evening — canapés and drinks, seated dinner, buffet, or a mix — matters as much as the individual dishes, because it determines how much time people spend at the table and how much time they spend talking to each other.
International guests almost always respond well to a few local dishes: svíčková, roast duck with red cabbage, or a Moravian wine pairing. You do not need a fully Czech menu — one or two well-executed local courses give the evening a sense of place without alienating anyone.
Confirm what is included per head (food, drinks, staff, tableware, linen), the corkage position, how dietary requirements are handled, and the timing for the last hot service of the night. Ask for a tasting before signing.
